Paradigm’s 6th grade program is designed as a transitional bridge for students ready for a more rigorous, classical liberal arts education while still supporting their developmental needs. It blends an elementary-level curriculum with a middle school structure to build independence, responsibility, and confidence. A key focus is preparing students for Socratic Seminars by introducing them to discussion-based learning through age-appropriate classical works and original sources.
Paradigm’s 7th and 8th grade program prepares scholars for high school by deepening their engagement in a classical liberal arts education and increasing academic rigor and independence. Scholars regularly participate in Socratic Seminars, analyze more complex texts and original sources, and are challenged to think critically, write effectively, and articulate their ideas with confidence. This phase is intentionally designed to prepare students for the expectations and opportunities of Paradigm’s high school program.
Paradigm Schools was founded by homeschool families, for homeschool families. We want to create the best learning environment for your scholar. We'll accept homeschool credits or help your scholar make the transition from homeschool to charter school.
From 6th through 12th grade, scholars progress through a carefully designed journey of academic growth, leadership, and self-discovery. They begin by building strong habits and discussion skills, then grow into independent thinkers, capable leaders, and confident graduates ready for college and beyond. This is where potential becomes purpose.

Every scholar, including homeschooled students, should have a community that sees their unique strengths and passions. At Paradigm, we partner with families to help students find meaningful opportunities—whether that means growing as a musician, participating in athletics, or pursuing the activities that matter most to them. No matter what your child loves, we help them find a place where they feel included, supported, and inspired to thrive.

We understand that transitioning to high school can feel overwhelming for both students and parents. That’s why we offer future scholars the chance to shadow a friend and experience a day in the life at Paradigm. By seeing our classrooms, community, and culture firsthand, families can feel confident that their child will be supported, challenged, and truly known before making the decision to join us.
