The Fine Arts at Paradigm are an integral part of our Liberal Arts curriculum. Paradigm's Music and Arts programs provide ample opportunities that support Scholars on their journey of self-discovery and self-expression. Whether in our visual or performing arts, scholars will find the support, guidance, and encouragement to pursue their love of the arts both in school and throughout their lives.
A variety of art classes are offered every year, including, but not limited to: Drawing, Painting, 3D art, Ceramics, Graphic design, Calligraphy, Watercolor, and Advanced Art.
Our Dance classes consist of: Dance Techniques (beginner), Dance Company (audition) and Ballroom Dance. Additionally scholars may participate by audition in our Dance Company or Ballroom Dance Team.
Our high school scholars have the opportunity to perform in two theater productions each year—one musical and one Shakespeare play. Our theater classes are offered for both prep school and high school scholars.
Band classes include Beginning Band, Concert Band, Jazz Band, and Marching Band.
Orchestra classes include Beginning Strings, Intermediate Orchestra, Chamber Orchestra, and Advanced Orchestra.
Choir classes include two non-audition choirs: Men's Chorus and Bel Canto; and two audition choirs: A Capella and Madrigals.
Paradigm participates in the UHSAA at the 2A Division for Instrumental and Choir Festivals . Our performing groups also participate in the annual Utah Shakespeare Festival High School Shakespeare Competition each fall. Band/Orchestra and Choir also both participate travel for Music Tours that occur every spring (optional).
